I just wish there was an easier way of knowing that you have the latest versions of the plug-ins. One other point is that the Digidesign EQ II or Dynamics II plug-ins are now installed by default into the Plug-ins (unused) folder, which you will find next to your Plug-ins folder. If you need them to open an older Session, simply drag them back into your Plug-ins folder, with Pro Tools not running, and when you next run Pro Tools they will be back.
